By accessing and using the SINC EDU website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To apply for the SINCxEDU scholarship program, you must:
- Be between 17-23 years of age at the time of application
- Have completed high school or equivalent education
- Demonstrate significant financial need
- Not have previously started undergraduate studies at a university
3. Application Process
3.1 Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Application Submission
All information provided in your application must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
3.3 Application Materials
By submitting your application, you grant SINCxEDU the right to use your application materials (including essays, videos, and projects) for evaluation purposes. Selected stories may be featured on our website or promotional materials with your consent.
4. Selection Process
SINCxEDU reserves the right to:
- Review and evaluate applications using our established criteria
- Request additional information or clarification
- Make final selection decisions at our sole discretion
- Modify the selection timeline if necessary
Selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
5. Scholarship Terms
5.1 Scholarship Offer
Selected scholars will receive a formal offer letter outlining specific terms, conditions, and requirements of the scholarship.
5.2 Scholar Obligations
Scholarship recipients must:
- Maintain good academic standing as defined by their university
- Comply with university policies and regulations
- Participate in SINCxEDU program activities and reporting
- Continue developing their social impact projects
- Act as ambassadors for the SINCxEDU program
5.3 Scholarship Continuation
Continuation of scholarship funding is contingent upon meeting academic requirements and program obligations. SINCxEDU reserves the right to terminate scholarship support for:
- Academic underperformance or misconduct
- Violation of university policies
- Failure to meet program requirements
- Providing false information in the application
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the SINCxEDU website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SINCxEDU or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Violate the rights of other users
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SINCxEDU does not guarantee university admission or visa approval.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SINCxEDU, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

SINCxEDU reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
